40% of Merchology's suppliers are women-owned, BIPOC-owned, veteran-owned, and more. Through the BSC eStore and custom projects, Boston Scientific has access to all of these suppliers, ensuring that the available branded merchandise offered aligns with the values Boston Scientific teams uphold every day.

Merchology is also a diverse supplier. In 2021, Merchology became a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE). Ally Ward-Delgado, CEO and co-founder, as well as Dick Ward, chairman and co-founder, have had lifelong, severe hearing impairments. Our DOBE certification underscores our belief that disability is not a limitation, but a meaningful lens that informs how we lead, build teams, and serve others.
